Charlie Callahan

Charlie brings a career in the TMT, software, consumer and financial services to the team as an operating partner, C-suite executive, turnaround leader, founder, director and investor. He was a lead partner at two global consulting firms, Arthur D Little and Booz Allen Hamilton, leading global technology services businesses. He led the worldwide software services business for Baan, a global enterprise software pioneer based in the NL, served on the Management Board and was a team leader in its sale. Charlie has led merger and acquisition projects, totaling over $1B, working for both buy and sell side interests in the US, Europe and Australia. His experience spans Fortune 100 technology, consumer, media and financial services industries, working for companies in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US. He has worked with companies in the US and Europe to raise capital for startups, early stage and SMB companies. He has founded companies in the fintech and private equity services industries, has been a frequent speaker and panel leader in private equity, independent sponsors and turnaround opportunities.
Charlie earned a BS degree in Management Science from Penn State University.
